*Pre-order items are expected to arrive in mid-January for in-store pickup. (Delays may occur due to the Christmas period.)

*For shipping orders, please allow an additional 1–3 days for processing and 3–7 days for delivery, depending on AUPOST schedules.

*If stock is insufficient, allocation will be based on order sequence. Any unavailable items will be fully refunded, with notification provided in mid-December.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
